Strong building made with thick timber pieces. Enhancements feature plywood floors that are 3/4" (19mm) thick from the outside. We offer heavy-duty claddings such as plywood that is 5/8" (16mm) thick for pressure treatment and plywood that is 3/4" (19mm) thick for pressure treatment. Every shed we provide is 6' (1.83m) in height at the eaves.

We manufacture Garden Sheds in our state-of-the-art factory. Customers have the option to customise their sheds with features such as double doors, an additional single door, or the relocation of the door to a side panel to suit their preferences. The cladding options generally include 3/4" (19mm) pressure-treated loglap, 5/8" (16mm) pressure-treated shiplap, or 1/2" (12mm) shiplap, all secured with collated ring galvanized nails.

Our delivery timeframe is typically 1-2 weeks for most counties. Alternatively, customers may choose to place an order and collect the building directly from us. Pressure-treated garden sheds that have been tanalized are becoming the favoured choice due to their extended durability. We have a long-standing history of selling sheds, and our garden sheds are currently on display at our factory. We invite you to visit us to discuss your requirements. Tanalized Pressure Treated Bearers can be supplied for those in need of extra durability.

Additionally, we provide timber and cladding for do-it-yourself projects. If required, 3/4" exterior grade plywood floors with supplementary floor runners can be incorporated into timber sheds. Furthermore, shed building supplies, including OSB sheets, cladding, and framing, are available for purchase.

Please note:

(A) Our structures undergo pressure treatment, ensuring protection against fungal decay and rot, thereby extending their lifespan significantly. Nonetheless, moisture can still permeate through the walls. We advise applying three coats of a high-quality waterproofer; we offer Stable Coat in clear, green, or brown, which is hydrophobic and repels water from the surface. This treatment should be applied to all exposed areas, including corners, prior to the installation of finishing trims, and around windows. Additionally, it is essential to use an exterior mastic sealant on all exposed joints.

As timber is a natural material, it is susceptible to warping, shrinking, and swelling, and knot holes may develop; we cannot provide guarantees against these occurrences. Each building comes with roofing felt, and we recommend securing it with felt tacks and lap adhesive, which are not included in our supply.

We cannot ensure the alignment of boards when walls are joined, as claddings may shrink in their packs, leading to a potential discrepancy of approximately 2mm, which can result in an uneven appearance. While we exclusively use high-quality redwood claddings in our buildings, it is important to note that even these will experience shrinkage due to the natural properties of timber.

(B) DELIVERY - Deliveries will be conducted to any location accessible by our vehicle, subject to the discretion of our drivers. The unloading will occur within three meters of the vehicle. It is the customer's responsibility to transport the items to the intended assembly site. We are unable to move items beyond the three-meter limit. Additionally, it is the customer's duty to ensure that an appropriate area is designated for unloading.
