We offer Corner Workshops available in both Apex and Pent roof styles, with pricing remaining consistent for both options. Additionally, Heavy Duty Workshops can be expanded to include a carport.

Typically, your new Corner Workshop can be delivered within one to two weeks, or you may choose to collect it yourself.

Please note:

(A) Our buildings are treated under pressure, which safeguards them against fungal decay and rot, ensuring durability for many years. However, it is important to note that moisture can still infiltrate the walls. We recommend applying three coats of a premium waterproofer; we provide Stable Coat in clear, green, or brown, which is hydrophobic and effectively repels water. This product should be applied to all exposed surfaces, including corners, before the installation of finishing trims and around windows. Furthermore, it is advisable to use an exterior mastic sealant on all exposed joints.

Given that timber is a natural material, it is prone to warping, shrinking, swelling, and the formation of knot holes, and we cannot guarantee against these issues. Each building is supplied with roofing felt, and we suggest using felt tacks and lap adhesive for securing the felt, which we do not provide.

We cannot guarantee the alignment of boards when walls are joined, as claddings may shrink in their packs, potentially resulting in a discrepancy of around 2mm, which can lead to an uneven appearance. Although we utilise high-quality redwood claddings in all our buildings, it is essential to recognise that even these will undergo shrinkage due to the inherent characteristics of timber.

(B) ASSEMBLY - Each building is supplied for self-assembly. The side walls come pre-assembled, and the roof trusses, roof joists/perlins, and roof sheets are included separately. These items will need to be trimmed and secured in place.

(C) DELIVERY - Deliveries will be made to any location that is reachable by our vehicle, at the discretion of our drivers. The unloading process will occur within a 3-meter radius of the vehicle. Customers are responsible for moving the items to their chosen assembly location.

We are unable to transport buildings beyond the 3-meter distance. It is also the customer's duty to ensure that a proper unloading area is available. Deliveries are typically completed within 1 to 3 weeks; however, if you choose to collect the items, we can often have your building prepared in just a few days.
